Birthday Celebrations!

The time of year came around again, quicker than I could ever think, this year I turned 22 and it only felt like a few months ago I was celebrating my 21st in Tenerife! Just like most people (I think anyway), I longed out my birthday celebrations over the week! I mean who doesn't like celebrating or birthdays! This year celebrations included A LOT of food, drink, family, friends and a trip to London!

Wednesday 27th November!

This was the day the celebrations begin which in actual fact was my birthday! I spent the first part of the day, relaxing in bed and enjoying a day off work. Myself and my boyfriend got ready and went to one of our local pubs to grab some lunch. I had Hunter's Chicken (surprise surprise) and my boyfriend had Toad in the Hole, oh it looked YUMMY! After a nice catch up and giggles, we went for a wander around town. I personally was looking for scrapbook essentials as my boyfriend very kindly brought me a HP Sprocket and I am now going to start scrapbooking! I was over the moon! I will be documenting my process when scrapbooking, do any of you scrapbook yourselves? In the evening, myself, my mum, dad and older brother went for a curry at one of our local curry houses. Indian is most definitely my favorite takeaway, I do only go for a Chicken Tikka Masala or Korma but they are sooo yummy!! Oh and before I forget, my mum brought me a Caterpillar Cake! Who doesn't get a Caterpillar Cake on their birthday!! They are the best, especially the mini ones you can buy from M&S!!

Thursday 28th, Friday 29th November

I was back to work both Thursday and Friday before the weekend but had things to look forward to which made work a lot easier and fly by. Thursday evening I met up with one of my best friends from Secondary School for dinner and a catch up. It was lovely and there were non-stop giggles! We spoke about our Christmas plans, boys, and most importantly Gavin and Stacey! Oh we are both huge fans of the series and constantly tag each other on posts on Facebook. We will both be non-contactable at 8:30pm on Christmas Day!! Who else is excited!?! Friday afternoon, I met up with another one of my best friends from Secondary School for a catch up. Again, we spoke all things Christmas, boys and reminiscing on our old memories! We walked around town Christmas shopping and stopped in Costa for a Hot Chocolate...ohhh it was good!! I also bought a couple of items from New Look in their Black Friday sale!

Saturday 30th November

The weekend couldn't have come quick enough because myself and one of my close friends from Audi had booked a bottomless brunch at Ballie Ballerson in Soho! We had both never been and we both soo excited! Who wouldn't want unlimited Pornstar Martini's, Prosecco, Pizza and adult ball pits!! As soon as we walked in, the bar staff already had all the drinks on the bar ready and oh was we ready! We grab a table, started drinking, eating pizza and danced our hearts out! It was honestly such a laugh and I would highly recommend the experience to anyone looking for something different to do in London! Even though it was a Saturday, it wasn't unbelievably crowded but it was busy. From what we could see, there were two different ball pits but we only stayed in the one closest to us! I didn't realise how hard it was to walk when in the pits, felt like a workout but you soon forget with all the giggles you have! I will most certainly be going back soon! I think the venue is great for birthdays, Hen do's and just a great day out! Very last minute, we also decided to wander to Winter Wonderland. It was very cold, very busy but was soo Christmassy! We had a look around at the stands, the rides and most importantly, the food and drink!! We both grabbed a burger and chips and a Hot Chocolate! They were both amazing!! I still really want one of the big "cuddly Husky Dogs" and we saw so many people walking around with them! It is my mission to get one and I would be one very happy girl!!

I absolutely enjoyed the birthday celebrations over the week and I was and still am very grateful for birthday wishes and love I received! What are your plans for your upcoming birthday?

Enjoy the rest of your day and Merry Christmas! Xx
